Anrakutei Co., Ltd. (TSE:7562) agreed to acquire three grilled meat restaurants from Nisso Development Co., Ltd. for ¥90 million on March 31, 2017. The restaurants are Kaikatei Kasai Branch, Kaikatei Harue Branch and Sumibi Yakiniku Kaentei. The consideration is payable in cash. A contract is expected to be concluded and the deal is expected to close on April 14, 2017.
ANRAKUTEI Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of restaurant business. The Company operates in three business segments. The ANRAKUTEI segment provides grilled meat at a reasonable price within a suburban style open space. The SHICHIRINBO segment serves at a higher price than ANRAKUTEI business, with a number of private cells arranged, providing meals for consumers in a tranquil space. The Others segment is involved in the provision of grilled meat food and Japanese food, western food, as well as Chinese food without grilled meat. This segment includes Karakuniya, Domestic beef ribs Honpo Anrakutei, Hanayotei, Anrakutei Vietnam, Shunjutei, Shanghai vegetable garden, Ryuai, AGRICO and Cafe beans.
