Anrakutei Co., Ltd. (TSE:7562) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 18 shares, using the closing share price in Tokyo Stock Exchange on October 17, 2016. The company will repurchase its shares as a result of a reverse share-split, based on the resolution of the ordinary General Meeting of shareholders held on June 29, 2016.
ANRAKUTEI Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of restaurant business. The Company operates in three business segments. The ANRAKUTEI segment provides grilled meat at a reasonable price within a suburban style open space. The SHICHIRINBO segment serves at a higher price than ANRAKUTEI business, with a number of private cells arranged, providing meals for consumers in a tranquil space. The Others segment is involved in the provision of grilled meat food and Japanese food, western food, as well as Chinese food without grilled meat. This segment includes Karakuniya, Domestic beef ribs Honpo Anrakutei, Hanayotei, Anrakutei Vietnam, Shunjutei, Shanghai vegetable garden, Ryuai, AGRICO and Cafe beans.
