Antins Flagship Fund V which is managed by Antin Infrastructure Partners SAS entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Consilium Safety Group Ab from Nordic Capital on November 19, 2023. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and certain customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to close in H1 2024. Jefferies LLC acted as financial and Kirkland & Ellis LLP acted as legal advisor to Antin Infrastructure Partners. The Kirkland team is being led by Chris Connolly and David Higgins,Daniel Borg, Natasha Smith, Emma Flett, Sam Trowbridge. Citigroup Global Markets Limited acted as Financial advisor.
