Apcotex Industries Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was INR 2,792.43 million compared to INR 2,831.96 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 2,809.26 million compared to INR 2,856.52 million a year ago. Net income was INR 153.12 million compared to INR 307.98 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 2.95 compared to INR 5.94 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was INR 5,569.71 million compared to INR 5,896.94 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 5,606.43 million compared to INR 5,938.6 million a year ago. Net income was INR 274.32 million compared to INR 643.55 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 5.29 compared to INR 12.41 a year ago.
Apcotex Industries Limited is an India-based specialty chemical company. The Company produces synthetic lattices (VP Latex, SBR and Acrylic Latex, Nitrile Latex) and synthetic rubber (high styrene rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber). It has a range of products based on Styrene-Butadiene Chemistry and Acryonitrile-Butadiene Chemistry available in the market.
