Apollo Global Management, Inc. agreed to acquire Senior secured financing facilities from UBS Group AG.

Apollo Global Management, Inc. (NYSE:APO) agreed to acquire Senior secured financing facilities from UBS Group AG (SWX:UBSG) on March 27, 2024. As part of this agreement, Apollo will purchase $8 billion of senior secured financing facilities from UBS.
