Apollo Micro Systems Limited informed that Mr. Vitta Chaitanya Siva Shankar (ACS 49765 /FCS 12587) tendered his resignation as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, due to personal reasons, with effect from 31st May 2023. Mr. Vitta Chaitanya Siva Shankar will continue to discharge his duties as the Company Secretary of the Company, until the closure of working hours on 31st May 2023, to facilitate smooth transition.
