Applus Services S A : Disposal of vehicle Inspection Business in the US

Applus+, a global testing, inspection and certification company, is pleased to announce the agreement to sell 100% of Applus+ Technologies, Inc., its statutory vehicle inspection operations in the USA, to Opus Inspection, Inc. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary conditions.
