ANNOUNCEMENT STRIKING OFF OF SUBSIDIARY
The Board of Directors of ARA Asset Management Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that ARA Trust Management (Horizon) Pte. Ltd. ("ARA Horizon"), a 100% owned subsidiary of the Company, has been struck off from the register of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore.
ARA Horizon was dormant since its incorporation. Thus, the striking off of ARA Horizon is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.
Save for their interest in the Company, none of the Directors or the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
