Arbor Metals Corp. is a mining exploration company focused on developing high-value, geographically significant mineral projects worldwide. The Company is engaged primarily in the business of identifying, acquiring and exploring and, if warranted, developing natural resource properties. The Company’s projects include the Jarnet, Corvette Lake and St. Pierre lithium projects, located in the James Bay region of Quebec, comprises 83 map-designated claims, covering an area of approximately 5,606 hectares. The projects are contiguous to the Corvette-FCI property, where diamond drilling has confirmed significant lithium mineralization representing lithium exploration projects in the sector. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Arbor Metals USA Corp., the Company holds a 100% interest in the Miller’s Crossing Lithium Project. The Miller’s Crossing project consists of 192 claims covering 3,800 acres in the Big Smoky Valley, Nevada.
