American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. Announces Appointment of Richard W. Akam as CEO, Effective from July 31

American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. announced that it is appointing former Hooters of America CEO Richard W. Akam to be the new CEO of the company on July 31. Michael Rosenberger, the Company's current CEO, will resign from all officer and director positions with the company on July 31. As CEO, Mr. Akam will be focused on expanding the company from a primarily Florida-based franchisor of Dick's Wings restaurants to a major national brand.

He will also be diversifying the company through the addition of new brands that will be franchised by the company.
