TDG Gold Corp. (TSXV:TDG) entered into a definitive purchase agreement agreed to acquire Oxide Peak mineral claims from ArcWest Exploration Inc. (TSXV:AWX) for CAD 0.16 million on February 13, 2024. The Acquisition remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
