The Real Estate Operation Service segment is involved in the provision of storage space, the setting of containers, the parking lot business, the lease, maintenance and management of secondhand real estate including offices, stores, dwelling houses and hotels, the provision of small offices, among other businesses. The Real Estate Revitalization and Liquidation Service segment adds value to its purchased real estate properties by conducting renovation works to the buildings, and sells the properties to investors.
