AREIT, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 896.57 million compared to PHP 528.46 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 1,191 million compared to PHP 703.36 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 814.21 million compared to PHP 481.3 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.54 compared to PHP 0.47 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.54 compared to PHP 0.47 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 2,639.21 million compared to PHP 1,595.52 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 3,555.38 million compared to PHP 2,116.97 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 2,439.66 million compared to PHP 1,796.21 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.62 compared to PHP 1.75 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 1.62 compared to PHP 1.75 a year ago.
