Mr. Zahir (Zip) Dhanani, CEO of Arian, announced that Arian has appointed Mr. Elliot Kramer and Ardian Avdalli to its advisory board (the Advisory Board). Mr. Kramer founded Balkan Resources and served as the group's Vice Chairman and Administrator for the Albanian operation. Mr. Kramer worked as a business consultant for the 4 years prior to founding Balkan Resources.

Mr. Avdalli is presently an entrepreneur in Albania. He served as political advisor to Albanian Prime Minister Pandeli Majko (1999-2000). He has been a Director of Balkan Resources since 2011.
