(KOSDAQ:A058220) for KRW 5 billion on December 12, 2017. As per terms, 2.2 million shares are acquired. The consideration is payable in 28th convertible bonds of Signal Entertainment Group Corp. The Board of Directors of Signal Entertainment Group Corp. resolved the deal on December 12, 2017. Signal Entertainment Group Corp. (KOSDAQ:A099830) completed the acquisition of 31.01% stake in Dream T Entertainment Co.,Ltd. (XKON:A220110) from Arion Technology Inc. (KOSDAQ:A058220) on December 12, 2017.
