Smith Novak Global NPL 2021 Conference - 5 - 7 October 2021

After a global slow-down in transactions and with banks now expected to resolve legacy loans ahead of a spike in Covid-related defaults, this event comes at a time when a new phase of portfolio transactions is anticipated to begin.

Zach Lewy, CEO and CIO of Fund Management, Managing Principal, AGGCM, will join an open panel debate to provide a Global Market Update, which will include relaxing provisions, fiscal stimulus packages, the banking and servicing landscape and changing technology.

John Calvao, Co-Head of the Fund and Managing Principal, AGGCM will join a Global Investor panel to mull over whether banks across the globe will be forced to trade pandemic NPLS, where significant volumes of portfolios come from, and how has the pandemic dented returns on previously acquired portfolios.

Finally, Head of Origination and Corporate Development, Richard Roberts, will explore Servicing and which asset classes represent the biggest areas of growth for servicers going forward, whether a 'tsunami' of defaults will hit the markets represented by the panellists and how collections performance has evolved in 2021.

Arrow will sit alongside other industry experts from companies such as Grant Thornton, BCM Global, and Allen & Overy.
