Transition S.A. (DB:99S) agreed to acquire Arverne Group from Ademe Investissement SAS and Crédit Mutuel Equity SCR for ?166 million on June 26, 2023. This is subject to the approval of the Transition Class B shareholders. The transaction is expected to be closed in September 2023 or by October 31, 2023.

Olivier Assant, Jean-Damien Boulang, Jean-Florent Mandelbaum, Pauline Belleau, Delphine Guillotte, Camille Vedrenne of Bredin Prat acted as legal advisor to Transition S.A. (DB:99S). Allen & Overy LLP acted as legal advisor to Crédit Mutuel Equity SCR and BDGS Associés acted as legal advisor to Ademe Investissement SAS.
