Asahi Intecc Group announces that, as announced in the "Notice Regarding Absorption-type Merger of Consolidated Subsidiary (Simplified Merger / Short-form merger) " dated January 16, 2023, the absorption merger as Asahi Intecc as the surviving company with wholly-owned consolidated subsidiary Toyoflex Corporation as the dissolved company has been completed as schedule on July 1, 2023.
