Asia Optical Co., Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 4,972.126 million compared to TWD 5,129.187 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 524.385 million compared to TWD 539.569 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 388.437 million compared to TWD 413.827 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.38 compared to TWD 1.47 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.37 compared to TWD 1.46 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 14,149.899 million compared to TWD 14,271.842 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 1,187.717 million compared to TWD 1,231.219 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 892.501 million compared to TWD 798.434 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 3.18 compared to TWD 2.84 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 3.15 compared to TWD 2.82 a year ago.
