AOE Optronics Co., Inc. announced that it will issue 1,175,000 common shares of par value TWD 10 at a price of TWD 147.9 per share for gross proceeds of TWD 173,782,500 on January 3, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Asia Optical Co., Inc. for 1,175,000 common shares. The transaction is approved by the board of directors of the investor's company.
