Kumho Terminal Co., Ltd., Asiana IDT, Inc., Asiana Airport Inc. and Asiana Abacus Inc. agreed to acquire 50% stake in KUMHORESORT Co., Ltd. from CJ korea express Corporation (KOSE:A000120) for KRW 69.5 billion on January 28, 2014. Kumho Terminal Co., Ltd. and Asiana IDT, Inc. will acquire 2.38 million shares representing 18% stake, Asiana Airport Inc. will acquire 0.95 million shares representing 7.2% stake and Asiana Abacus Inc. will acquire 0.9 million shares of KUMHORESORT representing 6.8% stake. CJ korea express Corporation will sell 6.6 million shares of KUMHORESORT.

Asiana IDT Inc. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the provision of maintenance, repair and operations services. The maintenance, repair and operations services include application outsourcing and infrastructure services. The infrastructure services include infrastructure consulting, infrastructure design and construction, data center integrated operation and computerized facility environmental safety diagnosis services, among others. The Company also provides IT services such as IT consulting and system integration (SI) services. It includes information strategic planning (ISP) services, building and operating systems including hardware (H/W) and software (S/W), among others. IT services apply to airline, airport, transportation, construction, finance and manufacturing industry. In addition, the Company is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of systems.
