Spectator limit for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic games was announced yesterday. ASICS corporation (the "Company") will contribute to support Safe and Secure games as a Tokyo 2020 Gold Partner in the category "Sporting Goods".

In addition, the Company already includes the impacts of various scenarios for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic games in the consolidated business results forecast for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021 announced on May 13, 2021.
