Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics Limited informed that Mr. Arvind Bhanushali Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director and as a member of Audit Committee of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company due to personal reasons. He shall be relieved from his duties with effect from the close of business hours of February 13, 2024.
