Zuleika Gold Limited entered into share sale agreement to acquire remaining stake in Goldfields Mining Group Pty Ltd from Asra Minerals Limited.

Zuleika Gold Limited (ASX:ZAG) entered into share sale agreement to acquire remaining stake in Goldfields Mining Group Pty Ltd from Asra Minerals Limited (ASX:ASR) on March 18, 2024. Under the terms, the consideration shall be paid in cash. In related transactions, Zuleika Gold Limited entered into sale agreements to acquire minority interest in tenements included in the Zuleika and Credo joint ventures from Asra Minerals Limited.

The combined consideration for the transactions is AUD 0.17 million. All conditions precedent for the sale have been fulfilled.
