("Astaldi" or the "Company") informs that the Company's Bylaws, highlighting the amendments made to article 6, is available to the public at the Company's Head Office, as well as on the authorised storage system 1Info at the address www.1info.it, and was registered with the Rome Companies Register on 28 December 2020.
