Staten og Kommunernes Indkøbsservice (SKI), the largest public procurement
agency in Denmark, has today awarded Atea 'part 1' of the SKI 50.40 frame
agreement. SKI 50.40 'part 1' is a public procurement agreement through which
central and local government agencies can purchase computers, accessories, and
related services.

The term of the agreement is two years, with a possible extension of an
additional two years. During the four-year period, public sector customers may
purchase up to DKK 4.3 billion.

Atea Denmark is the sole supplier on the frame agreement. The frame agreement
replaces a prior frame agreement, which was held by a competitor.

SKI has not yet awarded 'part 2' of the SKI 50.40 frame agreement. SKI 50.40
'part 2' is a public procurement agreement through which schools can purchase
computers, accessories, and related services. Atea has also submitted a bid on
'part 2' of the frame agreement.

"We are very grateful to have been awarded 'part 1' of the 50.40 frame agreement
by SKI," commented Atea CEO Steinar Sønsteby. "As the largest provider of IT
infrastructure in the Nordic region, Atea will commit its full resources to
support the Danish public sector under this frame agreement."

The award of 'part 1' of the SKI 50.40 frame agreement is subject to appeal from
other participants in the tendering process. The deadline for appeals is March
18. Assuming that there are no delays from a potential appeal, sales under the
agreement will begin later in March.
