ATFBank (Almaty) has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 5, 2021 the following persons were removed from the composition of the bank's Management Board: V. Ezhov - member of the Management Board, first deputy Chairman of the Management Board; A. Almambetov - member of the Management Board, deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Taking into account the said changes, the Management Board of ATFBank consists of five persons: G. Makhanova, D. Seredenko, A. Khamidullin, M. Shaikhyslamov, M. Sailybayev.
