UniCredit S.p.A. may sell ATFBank Joint Stock Company to a company owned by Kazakh businessman Galimzhan Yesenov for about $500 million, sources close to the transaction and in ATF Bank said. The source added the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of April 2013.
