On November 1, 2019, Ozy Media, Inc. closed the transaction. The company announced that it has received $35,000,000 in the transaction. The company received $25,000,000 in its final tranche close led by Marc Lasry and included participation from Tom Franco, Don Gogel, Roberto Quarta, new investors Interlock Partners, Liontree Partners LLC, Atinum Investment Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A021080), returning investors Axel Springer Digital Ventures GmbH , and Emerson Collective LLC. The company has raised more than $70,000,000 in funding till date. As part of the transaction, Marc Lasry will join the board of directors of the company
