Atok-Big Wedge Co., Inc. accepted the resignation of Atty. Cliburn Anthony A. Orbe as Director, Corporate Secretary Compliance Officer and Corporate Information Officer, and appointed Atty. Charles Edward M. Cheng as the new Corporate Secretary, Compliance Officer and Corporate Information Officer, to serve the unexpired term of Atty. Orbe with effect from June 30, 2021.
