Quebec City (Quebec), May 14, 2013 - Atrium Innovations inc. (TSX: ATB) ("Atrium" or the "Company") announced today that all of the nominees listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated March 28, 2013 were elected as directors of Atrium by a majority of the votes cast by the shareholders present or represented by proxy.
