Number of shares and voting rights

Attica Bank S.A., according to the article 123, paragraph 3, quotation b of the Law 4548/2018, as in application, acknowledges the total number of the shares and voting rights on the 25th of August 2021, date of Invitation of the Shareholders of the Attica Bank S.A. for the Extraordinary General Meeting on the 15th of September 2021:

Four hundred sixty one million, two hundred fifty four thousand thirteen (461.254.013) common, registered, after voting rights shares in the Extraordinary General Meeting.
