Aures Technologies Plans To Acquire J2 Retail Systems

Aures Technologies said that it is ready to carry out its first acquisition of J2 Retail Systems Ltd. Aures will finance the acquisition with its own financial resources and bank loans. Aures expects to complete the acquisition by the beginning of 2013.
