Directors' Appointment/Resignation & Company Secretary Appointment
Brisbane, Monday, 22 November 2021: Australia & International Holdings Limited (NSX: AID) has appointed Mr Steven Pritchard as non-executivedirector of the Company, while Prof Frank J Finn resigned as non- executive directors.
The Board and Mr Bernard Rowley (previous Chairman), thanked Prof Finn for his long-term contribution over nearly 25 years, providing an extra dimension to the Board with his commerce qualifications and investing skills.
The Company also has appointed Ms Saskia Jo as Company Secretary.
