Australia Sunny Glass : Updated Public Offer Timetable and Extension of Offer Period

UPDATED PUBLIC OFFER TIMETABLE AND EXTENSION OF OFFER PERIOD

Australia Sunny Glass Group Limited (ASGG or Company) (NSX: AG1) refers to the announcement dated 17 May 2022 and advises that it has today extended the closing date for its public offering of up to 21,428,571 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) at $0.35 each (Offer).

The Board has resolved to extend the Offer Closing Date, as specified in the indicative timetable on page 1 of the prospectus dated 16 May 2022 (Prospectus), by fourteen (14) business days and the Offer will now close at 5pm (AWST) on Friday, 29 July 2022.

All references to the Offer Closing Date in the Prospectus are therefore taken to be updated to refer to this new date, and an updated timetable is as follows:

These dates are indicative only and may change without notice. The Board, in consultation with the Lead Manager, may vary these dates without notice, including whether to close the Offer early, extend or accept late applications, either generally or in particular cases, without notification. Any change to the key dates will be announced to NSX and will be subject to applicable laws.

The Prospectus includes an Independent Limited Assurance Report by BDO Corporate Finance (WA) Pty Ltd which provides assurance in relation to historical and pro forma financial information included in the Prospectus.

Shareholders and new investors must ensure that the completed application form and application money is received by the Company's share registry, Advanced Share Registry, by 5pm (AWST) on the new Offer Closing Date of Friday, 29 July 2022.

Further Information

The process of delisting from NSX will run in parallel to the Offer and the Company's application for admission to ASX, which will be subject to satisfying the admission requirements of ASX and shareholders are cautioned that there can be no certainty that such application will be successful.

It is anticipated that there will be no change to the Company's ticker code, which is 'AG1'.
