Avenira Limited announced that it has entered into a share purchase agreement to issue 181,818,182 common shares at a price of AUD 0.011 per share for the gross proceeds of AUD 2,000,000 on December 4, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Sichuan Hebang Biotechnology Corporation Limited. Post the completion of the transaction, the investor, will become a substantial shareholder in the issued capital of the company.
The placement will be completed in one tranche.
