Aventron AG (BRSE:AVEN) signed an agreement to acquire 6 MW Windpark Hochstätten from N-ERGIE Sonne und Wind GmbH & Co. KG on May 9, 2018. Aventron AG (BRSE:AVEN) completed the acquisition of 6 MW Windpark Hochstätten from N-ERGIE Sonne und Wind GmbH & Co. KG in late June 2018. Marcus Bechtel, Verena Scheibe, Christine Bader, Thomas Hollenhorst, Malte Koch, Nicolaj Faigle, Eva-Maria Christiansen and Vivian Vacha of Watson Farley & Williams acted as legal advisors for Aventron.
