AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited (SEHK:2357) signed a share issuance agreement to acquire 48% stake in Changhe Aircraft Industries Group Co., Ltd. from Aviation Industry Corporation of China,Ltd. on November 28, 2019. Under the terms of the transaction, AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited will issue shares to acquire Changhe Aircraft Industries Group Co., Ltd. AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited (SEHK:2357) completed the acquisition of 48% stake in Changhe Aircraft Industries Group Co., Ltd. from Aviation Industry Corporation of China,Ltd. on December 31, 2020.
