Avistar Communications Corp.'s Equity Buyback in the amount of $2 mm has expired

The Board of Directors of Avistar Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:AVSR) authorized a share repurchase program on March 22, 2001. Under the program, Avistar Communications will repurchase up to $2 million worth of its shares, in the open market from time to time. Till September 30, 2011, Avistar Communications has repurchased 38,000 shares for $0.04 million.

Avistar Communications Corporation's share repurchase program expired on December 31, 2012.
