AXA SA (ENXTPA:CS) agreed to acquire Groupama Investment Bosphorus on January 22, 2023. With this agreement, AXA will take over shares of Groupama Investment Bosphorus Holding, which owns the shares of Groupama Sigorta and Groupama Hayat. The transaction is subject to approval of the relevant authorities.
