Axios Sustainable Growth Acquisition Corporation announced that Paul Saint-Pierre, a member of the Board of Directors and chairman of the audit committee of the Board resigned from the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Saint-Pierre's resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company, the Company's management, or the Board on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
