Axis Technologies Group, Inc. (OTCPK:AXTG) executed a share exchange agreement to acquire TiENCHAT PTE LTD on July 27, 2021. In a related transaction, Axis Technologies Group also executed a share exchange agreement to acquire T8 Exchange Pty Ltd. TiENCHAT and T8 Exchange will become wholly owned subsidiaries of the company.
