On January 23, 2023, Akampao Movment S.L. closed the transaction. The company announced that it has raised additional ?14 million in its second tranche out of which ?12.5 million is raised by Alter Capital Desarrollo, SGEIC, S.A., BBV and ?1.5 million is raised byCorporación Bética de Expansión Empresarial, FCR, a und managed by Axon Partners Group, S.A., JME Venture Capital and Encomenda Smart Capital. Axon Partners Group, S.A. (BME:APG) has accuired 15% stake in the company.
The company has issued common shares in the transaction.
