Ayala Corporation announced that Mr. Solomon M. Hermosura has tendered his resignation as Senior Managing Director, Corporate Governance Group Head, Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer, effective February 29, 2024. Mr. Hermosura will be transitioning to government service. Will disclose in due course the appointment of his replacement/s.
