Ellen M. Zane Decides Not to Stand for Election to the Board of Directors of Azenta, Inc

On January 10, 2024, Ellen M. Zane notified Azenta, Inc. that she has decided not to stand for election to the Board of Directors of the Company at the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Company?s Stockholders to be held on January 30, 2024, and, as a result, Ms. Zane will no longer be a nominee for re-election at the 2024 Annual Meeting and her tenure as a director will end as of the 2024 Annual Meeting. No other nominee for election at the 2024 Annual Meeting will be named in place of Ms. Zane and the size of the Board will be reduced from ten to nine members effective as of the 2024 Annual Meeting. Ms. Zane?s decision not to stand for election was not due to any disagreement with the Company.
Azenta, Inc. is a provider of biological and chemical compound sample exploration and management solutions for the life sciences industry.
