Azkoyen, S.A. (BME:AZK) acquired Vendon Ltd from BaltCap Latvia Venture Capital Fund K.S. managed by AS BaltCap, AS Pirmdiena, Draugiem Group and others on July 1, 2022. Azkoyen, S.A. acquired 53.66% from AS BaltCap and 16.01% stakes from AS Pirmdiena and Draugiem Group each and remaing from individuals. Vendon in 2021 generated EUR 3.042 million in turnover and earned EUR 598,460 in profit. Consultants at the transaction were Porta, Cobalt and EY.
