AZTECH GROUP LTD
The Board of Directors of Aztech Group Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that the issued and paid-up capital of its wholly owned subsidiary AZ Marine Pte. Ltd. ("AZ Marine") held by the Company has been increased from S$1,000,000.00 to S$1,500,000.00 through the subscription of 500,000 ordinary shares.
This transaction was effected through the cash injection of the sum of S$500,000.00 by the Company to AZ Marine.
The above transaction is not expected to have a material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year.
None of the directors and substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest in the above transaction.
