Azul Azul SA is a Chile-based company engaged in the organization and marketing of professional sporting, entertainment and recreational activities, as well as in the provision of advisory services and management of events. The Company’s main asset comprises the development and management of the professional football club Club de Futbol Profesional Universidad de Chile, where it is also active on the sale of match tickets and media rights. Azul Azul SA has signed agreements with Adidas Chile Ltda and Embotelladora Andina SA for the use of the Adidas and Coca Cola brand names. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned fully consolidated subsidiary Inmobiliaria Azul Azul SpA.
