Kashyap and Sons Limited announced that Mr. Naresh Lakshman Singh Kothari, Non-executive Non-Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the post with effect from December 18, 2023, due to other pre- occupations. Mr. Naresh Lakshman Singh Kothari further confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter dated December 18, 2023.
