BACKBONE Technology AG (DB: AO9) agreed to acquire the remaining 12.87% stake in PAN AMP AG for €1.1 million on December 15, 2011. BACKBONE Technology will issue 0.055 million shares of its shares to the existing shareholders of PAN AMP AG as purchase consideration. BACKBONE Technology already holds approximately 0.15 million shares of PAN AMP AG, representing 87.13% stake in PAN AMP PAN AMP AG.
